We take reasonable steps to understand the background and experience of people within the network. However, information about a participant may be based partly on information supplied by that person or obtained from publicly available sources.

Introductions and Conversations

We cannot guarantee that a suitable person will be available for every enquiry or that an introduction will result in a conversation.

Confidentiality

You are responsible for deciding what information you disclose during any conversation arranged through Wisdom Network.

You should not disclose commercially sensitive, personal, legally privileged or confidential information unless you are satisfied that it is appropriate to do so and any necessary confidentiality arrangements are in place.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Wisdom Network does not provide a guarantee that information shared between participants will remain confidential.

Where a separate confidentiality agreement or non disclosure agreement is required, the relevant parties should arrange this before exchanging confidential information.

No Professional or Regulated Advice

Wisdom Network does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, accounting, employment, regulatory or other professional advice.

A person introduced through the network may have relevant commercial experience, but this does not necessarily mean that they are qualified or authorised to provide regulated or professional advice.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that:
